Quantum Discord is a sci-fi action-adventure game where players embody Discord, a sentient being awakened by chaotic quantum energy. They traverse a fractured world, unraveling the mysteries of the Matrix while mastering unique abilities to challenge its flawed logic systems.

Background Stroy:

In a future ruled by the Quantum Matrix, an omnipotent system designed to enforce perfect synchronization, something goes wrong. A surge of chaotic energy awakens Discord, a sentient anomaly with the power to disrupt and reshape quantum structures.

As Discord, players navigate the enigmatic Quantum Maintenance Station to uncover their newfound powers, before venturing into the Wasteland—a desolate area left in ruins by the matrix's failed synchronization attempts. Along the way, they confront formidable entities representing the Matrix’s core subsystems: The Controller, The Guardian, and The Restorer.

But beyond the Wasteland lies the Matrix Core itself, shrouded in mystery. Discord must gather their strength and make critical choices that could determine the future of the matrix—and their own existence.

Basic Controls

• ESC Key
  • Press ESC to open pause menu
  • Press ESC again or click "Continue" to close menu
  • Click "Return" to go back to starting scene

Character Controls

• WASD: Basic character movement
• Mouse: Drag to change camera angle
• Shift: Hold to sprint

Combat Controls

• Right Mouse Button: Hold to release normal magic balls
• Left + Right Mouse Buttons: Hold both to release ultimate magic ball
• Q: Close-range attack (can be used at any time)

Gameplay Guide

Awakening Scene（Level1)

• Learn basic controls and mechanics
• Experience character animations and attack patterns
• Look for the rotating magic circle portal to enter the next scene

Wasteland Scene（Level2)

• Battle against three bosses

• Energy Management Strategy:
  • Normal energy balls cannot damage bosses
  • Defeat moving energy NPCs to collect their drops
  • Use collected energy for powerful magic attacks
  • Ultimate magic balls can damage bosses but consume more energy
  • Close-range attacks (Q) only deal damage when near bosses
